A Glimpse Into Oprah the Secret
I have long been a fan of the Oprah Winfrey show. Of coarse who isn't these days. I have read the Oprah biography and subscribe to the Oprah magazine but am still fascinated by her dramatic rise in power and fame. She has accomplished so much in her life. We can all take a look at some of the people and things she attributes to her success. Although I did not see her show honoring Martin King Jr, the following quote is an example of how this man impacted her life and lead to her success.
Nothing that has happened in my life since I was 16 years old would've been possible. I wouldn't have been in radio, I wouldn't have been on television, I would have been have been who I am... I just wouldn't have the life that I have without Martin Luther King Jr.," she says. "To have been a living witness to the changes his vision and his dream have brought – not just for me personally but for me personally – it really is amazing grace."
