The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls is an academy done as only Oprah can do it. Constructed with the "Big O's" stratospheric standards and amazing attention to detail, the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls transmits Oprah' s belief in the power of education to change lives.
And it is amazingly beautiful. The girls reside in dorms similar to those of well endowed European colleges. Much of the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy's amazing beauty comes from the presence of the girls themselves. During the admission process, one of the girls told her, "Education is my tomorrow". The words, "Education is my Tomorrow" are carved into a stone monument in the quad.
